staff were polite all the time. the apartment was next to south kensington, tube line to heathrow, and a nice area, excellent and incredible location overall. the atmosphere there was quiet, will come back.

The apartment was amazing, it felt like a home away from home. We loved the cozy fireplace and comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, we could easily prepare our meals. The flat-screen TV was perfect for our movie nights. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Having a washing machine in the unit was so convenient. The desk provided a comfortable workspace for when we needed to catch up on some work.

Personally, we weren't big fans of the shower/tub combination in the bathroom.

our stay at emperors gate residence was even better than our last london trip. the modern and clean property impressed us, and its excellent location near the metro made exploring the city a breeze. the newly refurbished apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and easy check-in procedure, making our romantic date perfect.
